A number of IT-Serve Clients have requested Onsite engineers where we work with our Clients to ensure the right person and skillset is provided. In many cases we find that a part-time rather than a full time Onsite engineer will more cost-effectively resolve time critical problem. In many cases a well-executed technology roadmap using Managed Services, can even eliminate the need for an onsite engineer.
